IBALab was established in 1987 as ‘Ian Bennie and Associates’ at the request of the façade industry to meet an urgent growing need for an independent, effective testing service.

IBALab will continue to be Australian owned, Australian operated, fully independent and have no parent companies, outside interests or conflicts of interest. We pride ourselves on being ethical and reputable and boast competent operating staff from science and engineering backgrounds.
